Occasionally we put superb deals together for Living Social and the response is always tremendous.
For us to put your picture onto canvas firstly we need your
picture, there are several ways to do this as we aim to make it
as easy as possible for you.
E-MAIL
If you have your picture in digital format simply email it to us
at info@forevercanvas.co.uk it doesn't matter to us what format
it is in as we can deal with almost anything. Simply attach the
picture to your email.
It's as easy as that. Should you have any problems you can
always call us on 0845 603 6229 or email us on
info@forevercanvas.co.uk in all circumstances please make it
clear to us your voucher number and address because we wouldn't want to get
your picture mixed up in error.
POST
If your picture is a hard copy (photograph), camera card, disc or stick. You can post it to us at :
Forever Canvas (retail) Limited.

1) Please write Living Social and your voucher number on the
envelope so that we can ensure we don't send you the wrong
canvas.
2) Sometimes items get lost in the post, if the picture is
precious please send it "signed for" it doesn't cost a lot extra
but it gives peace of mind.
We will return the picture with the canvas
COMMUNICATION
We try to answer every email or correspondence we receive, if we are inundated with emails it may take a bit longer to answer every one but we will try. If you contact us and receive no reply it probably means we haven’t received your email for some reason. Please don’t think we are ignoring you.
If you phone and it is out of hours or all our lines are busy please leave a message and we will call you back, if we don’t call you back it is because we haven’t got your number. Please put your contact details on each communication, phone numbers are particularly helpful, Living Social Voucher numbers and your name are VITAL.
LEAD TIMES
Our pictures are hand-made in the UK, each canvas is a unique item individually tailored to your requirements. As a result we do need time to produce your canvas, depending on demand this can take up to four weeks for Living Social orders.
