Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event faulty goods are supplied by Forever Canvas (retail) Ltd., the goods must be returned in the original packaging, upon receipt Forever Canvas (retail) Ltd. will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched. However if the goods prove to be of saleable quality then a £20 testing and postage fee will apply and the goods will only be returned after payment has been made in full. To return goods a 'return advice' must be received from Forever Canvas (retail) Ltd. by telephoning Forever Canvas (retail)  Ltd. during normal business hours. Failure to follow this procedure may delay the replacement. All products carry a 12 month warranty period for defects occuring as a result of faulty materials or poor workmanship. Should a product fail within its warranty period Forever Canvas Ltd. must be contacted in writing. Faults occuring as a result of ill-treatment or poor storage by the customer will not be covered.
