How deep are the frames?
We use 35mm (1.5") Redwood for all our frames. The wood is 'chamfered' so that there is minimal contact with the back of the canvas & added strength.
Can I have any size frame I want?
Yes! All our frames are made to measure in house so that we have complete quality control and we can produce any frame size to suit your requirements.
What is the biggest canvas I can have?
Up to 41" on the shorter side, by any length. For a 'full wall' effect we recommend splitting the image as a triptych (3 pieces), NB you will need a high resolution image for these very large sizes...
How much will this cost?
We charge on a Sq" basis, please call or e-mail your size requirements and we will quote you happy.
Are your canvases protected?
Yes, unless otherwise instructed we apply a professional Giclee varnish coating to all our canvases. This helps protect against minor abrasions etc... and gives a deeper finish.
How do I hang my Canvas?
All our canvases are supplied tape sealed at the back for neatness and added strength, and with professional gallery hangers for easy & secure wall hanging with no string required. For added security, if instructed we will supply with secure wall fixings at no extra charge.
Do my pictures need to be digital?
No, we can take any format that you might have. Digital photo's can be e-mailed or uploaded via the website, we can accept discs, memory cards or memory sticks.? Original photographs can be scanned, along with slides & negatives. We can even use old photographs and restore damage where necessary (charges apply).
Any pictures sent to us will be returned with the canvas in the box.
Does the quality of my image matter?
The better quality image that you supply, the better quality canvas you will receive AND the bigger we can print. We will always offer advice on this.
Can I use a picture from my mobile phone?
Yes. Mobile phones can now produce good quality images. We always recommend that you simply send your image to us and we will take a look and offer advice, you may be limited on canvas size.
Can I do my own artwork?
Absolutely, supply your own images as J-Pegs or TIFF files and we will print as usual.
Will I loose some image on the wraparound edges?
No, this is the clever bit! We will reflect the outside of your image, and flip it round the sides so that the finished effect is wrapped around, but your entire original image is visible on the front of the canvas. If you prefer a block colour on the sides, please request. Smaller sized canvases will be supplied with a plain coloured border.
What if I want my image changed?
The possibilities are limitless. We can do the artwork for you and will supply proofs via e-mail. Charges will apply, please see bespoke services for inspiration and costs, alternatively call us and we will do our best to bring your imagination to life...

I have a Living Social Voucher
Our delivery times for Living Social depend greatly on the volume of work. As our canvas pictures are hand made we do need time to make them, accordingly our standard lead times are four weeks.
